How to pay your bill

HealthAdvantage offers several convenient ways to pay your bill.

One-time payment online

Eligible1 members can make a one-time payment online with a check, credit or debit card by visiting our secure, mobile-friendly payment site or sign in to Blueprint Portal to make a one-time payment. No transaction fee applies.

AutoPay

Eligible1 members can sign in to Blueprint Portal to set up AutoPay with a check, credit or debit card. No transaction fee applies.

Set up autopay by mail with bank draft form

If you prefer to set up automatic payments offline, you can submit a pre-authorized bank draft form based on your plan type. Not applicable for credit card payments.

Mobile app

Download our app and, if eligible1, pay with a check, credit or debit card inside Blueprint Portal. No transaction fee applies.

By phone

Eligible1 members can make payments using a check, credit or debit card when you call 800-354-9904. No transaction fee applies.

In person

At an ArkansasBlue Welcome Center

Bring your member ID or account number to any welcome center to pay with a credit or debit card, check, checking or savings account, money order or cashier's check.1 The kiosk at 601 Gaines St. only accepts credit card, debit card, and bank draft payments. No transaction fee regardless of payment type. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately.

You can send a check or money order to us as outlined below. Your check may be processed electronically, which means the amount paid would be withdrawn from your account immediately. Remember to include your member ID or account number.

For members with Health Advantage Metallic medical plans:
