Already use our portal?
Simply go to blueprintportal.com, select Sign In and enter your existing My Blueprint username and password to access your account.
Register if you don't have an existing account.
- Go to blueprintportal.com
- Select Register
- All you need is your member ID or the last four digits of your Social Security number, your name and date of birth
