Founded in 1948, Arkansas Blue Cross is the largest health insurer in Arkansas. Arkansas Blue Cross and its affiliates provide healthcare financing for approximately one-third of Arkansans.

BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas

BlueAdvantage provides customized, high-quality health benefits administration and related outsourcing services to self-funded groups.

Blue & You Foundation for a Healthier Arkansas

The Blue & You Foundation is a charitable foundation established and funded by Arkansas Blue Cross to promote better health in Arkansas. The Foundation anticipates awarding up to $1 million in grants annually to non-profit or governmental organizations and programs that positively affect the health of Arkansans.

Health Advantage

Health Advantage is the state's largest and oldest HMO and the only statewide HMO that is both state-certified and federally qualified. Serving more than 225,000 Arkansans, Health Advantage provides both fully insured and self-funded products including open access point-of-service and high-deductible health plans.

Octave

Provides coverage throughout the state to individual customers looking to purchase individual Affordable Care Act (ACA) coverage or the state’s Medicaid Expansion product, ARHome.
